工艺简述 / Crafting Process
我们采用源自同一源头、完全独立的两条紫砂制作工艺线 。全程甄选宜兴黄龙山原生矿料，在自然风化环节后进行工艺分流：一条坚守传统紫砂壶工艺，一条专为精油扩香物件创新定制 。
We employ two completely independent crafting lines originating from the exact same source. Exclusively selecting original ore from Huanglong Mountain, our process diverges after the natural weathering stage: one path strictly adheres to traditional teapot craftsmanship, while the other is custom-tailored for essential oil diffusers.
第一类：经典传承 · 传统宜兴紫砂壶
Category I: The Classic · Traditional Yixing Zisha Teapot
遵循百年传统手工制壶工艺，主打经典器型与实用泡茶属性 。
Following century-old traditional handcrafted techniques, we focus on classic shapes and practical tea-brewing attributes.
矿料初筛 | Source Mining: 人工剔除石块与杂土，仅留存质地均匀的纯紫砂矿料。 Manually removing stones and soil, retaining only pure, uniform Zisha ore.
自然风化 | Natural Weathering: 矿料露天堆放数月，经风吹日晒雨淋自然疏松变脆，全程无人工干预 。Ore is weathered outdoors for months, naturally softened by wind, sun, and rain without human intervention.
粉碎二筛 | Milling & Sieving: 碾磨成粉后用适配目数筛网过滤，并进行二次手工筛选以保证泥粉纯净 。Ground into fine powder and filtered through specific meshes, followed by secondary manual screening to ensure ultimate purity.
练泥陈腐 | Pugging & Aging: 经陈腐的泥料，需经真空练泥脱气、排除泥料中的空气后密封避光陈腐数月甚至数年以提升可塑性。
The clay undergoes vacuum pugging to extract trapped air, and is then sealed and aged in the dark for months or even years to enhance plasticity.
手工制坯 | Hand-Forming: 将泥料打成泥片、泥条，依次完成塑形拼接，并用牛角明针精修收光 。Mud is shaped into sheets and strips, meticulously assembled, and refined to a smooth finish using a traditional horn tool.
自然阴干 | Shade Drying: 移至无尘房间静置一周左右自然阴干，严禁暴晒直吹以防开裂 。Rested in a dust-free room for about a week to dry naturally in the shade, strictly avoiding direct sunlight or wind.
入窑烧制 | Kiln Firing: 在电窑中以 1150-1200℃ 控温烧制，严禁强行开窑降温，确保自然缓慢冷却 。Fired at 1150-1200℃ with strict temperature control, followed by natural, slow cooling to prevent thermal shock.
出窑成品 | Finished Artwork: 冷却后开窑取出，仅做简单细微毛刺修整 。Once completely cooled, the teapot is removed and only minor edge refinements are applied.
第二类：独家原创 · 原矿紫砂精油扩香物件
Category II: The Innovation · Original Zisha Aroma Diffuser
依托原矿紫砂独有的天然双气孔结构研发的特色品类 。通过专属工艺微调，最大化发挥天然透气吸香特质，专为植物精油扩香场景定制 。
A signature category developed by relying on the unique natural double-pore structure of the original Zisha ore. Through exclusive micro-adjustments, we maximize its natural breathable and fragrance-absorbing qualities, custom-tailored for plant essential oil diffusion.
风化优化 | Optimized Weathering: 结合扩香需求微调时长与堆放方式，优化内部结构疏松度，为扩香性能打好基底 。Weathering time and stacking are micro-adjusted to optimize the internal structural looseness, building a foundation for superior diffusion.
定制过筛 | Custom Sieving: 选用适配扩香的专属目数筛网精细过滤，精准把控粗细比例与透气密度，全程保留天然矿物结构 。Using exclusive mesh sizes to precisely control the powder ratio and breathing density, while completely retaining the natural mineral structure.
专属陈腐 | Tailored Aging: 真空练泥时无需过度压实，让水分分布均匀，保留天然疏松质感 。Avoiding over-compression during pugging to retain a natural loose texture, with moisture evenly distributed.
专属制坯 | Specialized Forming: 摒弃繁琐，主打实用简约款式（桌面摆件/便携块），不做厚重封釉处理，保障扩香通道完好 。Discarding complex shapes for practical, minimalist designs without heavy glazing, keeping natural breathing channels perfectly intact.
精准干预 | Controlled Drying: 移至专用房阴凉通风慢干，避免过快干燥破坏原矿孔隙 。Slow-dried in a dedicated room to prevent rapid moisture loss from damaging the ore's delicate pores.
微调烧制 | Custom Firing: 根据扩香密度需求微调温度，固化天然双气孔结构的同时，保留原矿色泽与温润质感 。Firing temperatures are micro-adjusted based on density needs, solidifying the double-pore structure while retaining natural color and warmth.
自然散香 | Scent Dispersion: 成品可直接吸附植物精油，实现温和均匀的长效散香，兼具原生质感与实用之美 。The final piece directly absorbs essential oils for mild, long-lasting scent dispersion, merging native texture with utility.
